Established in 2010. The main concept of Summer Canteen is bringing authentic Thai – with a mix of Vietnamese and Burmese. Inside Summer Canteen, the first thing you may notice is the atmosphere. The modernistic, industrial style compliments the vintage Thailand mural bursting with color. At Summer Canteen, however, known for its delectable and tantalizing Asian Fusion Cuisine – blending Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, and Burmese food for a taste like no other – its summer year round. From the people that started Gindi Thai restaurant down on Riverside Dr, Summer Canteen is another interpretation of Thai street food.
