Owned and operated by Davin and Jessica Waite and Christopher Logan, the three are heading the charge in setting the standard in taste, creativity and diningexperience, as demand for healthy, plant-forward food increases. The Plot is located in South Oceanside at 1733 S. Coast Highway, Oceanside. Hours are breakfast 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., lunch 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner 4 to 9 p.m. weekdays and 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
