At The BBQ spot we are dedicated to bringing real southern style barbecue to Sonoma county. We strive to recreate the authentic barbecue dishes that are served in the South here in Santa Rosa. Our culinary inspiration comes mainly from Texas and Memphis, Tennessee,which are two of the greatest places in the US for barbecue. In order to achieve that authentic Southern taste we slow smoke our brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and chicken with hickory wood just like they do down South .
