What’s Not Allowed

We remove reviews that include:

How Restaurants Can Respond

Restaurants are welcome to reply to reviews.

A good response:

Professional responses often leave a stronger impression than perfect ratings.

Do We Remove Negative Reviews?

No. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative. We only remove reviews that violate our policies or undermine trust.

Are Reviews Verified?

Reviews reflect personal opinions and experiences. While we work to prevent abuse, not every detail can be independently verified. Diners should use reviews as one part of their decision, not the only factor.
