MACHETE is a supper club started in 2018 by Tal Blevins, Kevin Cottrell and Lydia Rae Greene with a focus on approachable, modern plates that are both pleasing to the eye and to taste. Simple perfection and casual professionalism are our objectives, and we aim to delight and arouse the senses without being pretentious. We source the best ingredients locally and from around the world to fulfill our vision of creating distinctive, delicious and beautiful food and drink. MACHETE is also a social event, so be prepared to have a fun, memorable night and make a few new friends. We would love to host you at one of our supper clubs.
