Dulce Cafe

Carrot cake–the best! Everything else Ive tried has been wonderful. Friendly people, welcoming environment. Great place to go to take home a special dessert or a little gift when visiting. Lots of desserts and gelato! Its a great place to hang out and there is also outdoor seating, so its nice to go when its breezy and cool outside. They also have great variety of teas 🙂 This place is an amazing gem my wife and I found by accident one day. Their desserts are first class, nothing like the typical sugar overdose that makes up most American desserts. I will say I go more for the sandwiches than the sweets but their cakes and cookies and macaroons are to die for. Dont forget the gelato. They always have new menu items and are constantly creating different flavors. Dulce is the best! At first I just went for coffee, but then started getting lunch. My favorite is the BLAT sandwich – talk about unique and addicting. Love that they also serve beer (nice for sitting outside and relaxing on a Saturday afternoon!). Hope they stay here for awhile. 🙂 If you want to relax in an intimate, quiet little cafe and have some great food, I highly recommend Dulce Cafe. …I expanded to explore their brunch menu. Oh.My.God. So delicious. Why did I wait so long?? Their BLAT (bacon lettuce AVOCADO sandwich) is to die for. Their cobb salad? Perfection. All of their breakfast items also look amazing. And their portion sizes are VERY generous. Nothing to complain about here. Get a fun coffee and a good sandwich and chill out in this quaint little spot. They have outdoor seating, with doggy bowls if you want to bring the pup. And of course finish it off with one of those single serving style deserts, thats good for one or two.
