Established in 1986. Our specialty is Cincinnati-style chili. We make our chili recipe in a meat & vegetarian version. Linda Schwoeppe started the first Cincys in 1986 @ Quaker Village in Greensboro. Cincys in downtown Greensboro opened in 1987. Bonnie Kays & Cindi Long purchased Cincys when she retired in 1997. We have added to our menu over the years. Our Cincys Taco salad is very popular & we are our offering a rice option instead of spaghetti for our gluten-free customers.
