That means we buy the freshest local meats, eggs and vegetables from right here in our community. Thank you for taking an interest in the Busy Bee Restaurant, located in historic Harmar Village in Marietta, Ohio. Our small, family-owned business was established in 1944 and continues to be local favorite. Larry Sloter purchased the restaurant in 2014 and has worked diligently to bring new traditions to this award-winning Marietta staple establishment. We focus on farm-to-table fare, utilizing local meats/eggs and produce (when in season). We also partner with other small businesses for items such as breads, pickles, and maple syrup. We are a small scratch kitchen so it may take a bit longer, but we think it is worth the wait. We hope to see you soon!
