Star Ginger

One of the reasons weve been twice ranked #1 in campus dining (by Princeton Review)…is for us, we provide more than just food. We provide to our students an experience, each time they visit. Star Ginger is a turnkey retail program and it gives us the authenticity, variety, consistency and excitement were looking for. Its a pleasure for UMASS to work with Mai and Tina and well continue to provide that excitement and grow together. We chose to put in Star Ginger because our students want authentic Asian food…not Chinese American. They love watching their food being prepared. They see people behind the counter cutting the vegetables fresh… all the proteins are fresh. Chef Mai and her team create beautiful delicious Asian flavors that resonate with todays fans and consumers. The Star Ginger brand can bring a total Asian solution to any sports, entertainment and airport venue. The choices at Star Ginger are amazing…I work 10 hour days (at the US Patent Trade Office) and I have sometimes eaten here for four days in a row. Its that good and I mean it.
