Edley's Bar-b-que

Edleys Bar-B-Que was started in Nashville, TN and now has three locations in Nashville, as well as one in Lexington, KY and one in Chattanooga, TN. Established in 2011, Edleys serves meats smoked low and slow daily using local White Oak wood. In a tribute to theregions meat and three traditions, Edleys also offers eight to ten Southern style sides made from scratch daily. House specialties include Edleys legendary brisket, the Tuck Special Sandwich (brisket, housemade spicy pimento cheese, over-easy egg, red and white sauce, pickles), BBQ Nachos and more. Edleys Bar-B-Que has been featured in publications such as Southern Living, USA Today, The New York Times, and Garden and Gun, and has been awarded Nashvilles Best Barbecue by The Scene readers poll for the past 4 consecutive years. The Edleys team work diligently to stay in contact with the community, which is shown with a large social media following. Local Nashvillians Catharine and Will Newman founded, own and operate Edleys Bar-B-Que, giving it a family feel. Edleys also offers catering with menus that range from a backyard party to exquisite Southern Sophisticated weddings. Sauces, rubs, and apparel are sold both in stores and online.
