CASA de TAMALES is a family-owned restaurant! The Sanchez family has a solid foundation built on the past, with a vision for the future. Our recipes are inspired by Grandmother Sanchez, who owned & operated a tortilla-making business in Mexico for over 10 years. With 3 locations, she was able to develop her own traditional way of grinding & mixing masa. Her tortillas were hailed as the best in her region. Over the years, her knowledge of masa evolved into working with tamales, which opened up a whole new world of possibilities for her. Fortunately, recipes were saved, so that even the youngest Sanchez can still enjoy a little bit of authentic family history. To follow in those pioneering footsteps, CASE de TAMALES was established, bringing back some Old World Traditions, with a few new twists. Classic recipes, along with modern fusion concepts, have resulted in the best tasting tamales around. Now, everyone can enjoy tamales as they were meant to be, original and unique, with a little bit of soul, from our casa to yours. Tamales, they arent just for the Holidays, anymore.
