The Cookie Factory was formed in 2006 but, dont let the name fool you. Chris and Joe Alberino have been in the business since as far back as they can remember. They bring over 40 years of combined experience to the table. and to your table. With their roots goingback to their grandfather, as being known in the city of Troy for his bread! Joseph Alberino, Sr. was a well-known baker in Troy for years opening and growing a large bakery in Troy, NY back in the late 60s known as Alberino & Sons along with his two sons, Joseph Jr. (our father) and Carl Alberino (our uncle).
