Blarney Stone

The Blarney Stone is a neighborhood bar that was purchased in 1989 by Steve Dorsey and his late sister, Judy Dorsey. Their idea was simple: provide a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere that has a consistent schedule and food offering that was hearty and easily affordable. They believed if you could accomplish both, customers would return. Over the years, some of our patrons would argue Beer or Burger?. It seems the Blarney Burger has become a star on its own. After several Best of Syracuse awards, people are now taking notice to what most of us on Tipperary Hill already know…we have a great burger! By putting together a web site, the Blarney Stone staff hopes to provide our customers past, present and future, the opportunity to keep up with upcoming events, changing beer selections and, of course, our pub menu. It is our sincere hope to maintain the integrity and tradition of the true neighborhood bar and we invite you to visit.
