History In February 2010, Raymond Kollidas purchased a property on Main Street in Williamsville whose history included at least two iconic restaurants (Little White House and Marinaccios). I had a clear vision for what I wanted for this space, said Kollidas. I have been in the business my whole life. I grew up in the kitchen, he added. That kitchen was in one of his familys other restaurants, The Family Tree, which is well known to Western New Yorkers. A tradition of good, fresh food at a great value was part of Kollidas vision; as was the sleek, modern yet comfortable surroundings he and his wife Rosanna designed. With attention to the smallest detail, Kollidas was able to create an environment that welcomes all ages. Couples out for a romantic meal, families celebrating everyday moments or milestone events, business people entertaining clients for breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings, all find Milos to be a perfect fit.
