After running a successful catering and event planning business for over a decade, she was inspired to open her own restaurant. On the recommendation of her sister, Daniela discovered a style of pizza with ancient roots, also known as pizza in teglia (pizza in a pan). The word pinsa derives from the Latin word pinsere which means, to press.
