Established in 2011. La Flaca NYC specializes in traditional and authentic New Mexican cuisine thats been handed down from generation to generation. Utilizing the spices and flavors of the region, were able to deliciously create the dishes of the Southwest with gusto. The Hatch Red & Green Chile is flown in from New Mexico to be the perfect addition to our cuisine. Our wide menu offers an array of tastes and options to choose from. Our signature Flautas will leave you with mouth-watering taste to our home made Green Chile Burger, topped with our special sauce to make you say MMM!
