Established in 2011. Welcome to Halyards, your neighborhood cocktail bar and oasis amongst the gritty Gowanus industrial streets. A place for artists, musicians and explorers to breathe. Come by for local beers, classic cocktails, and toasted cheese sandwiches. Weeven have games on hand like pool, darts, jenga, and a use at your own risk Ouija board. Its a guaranteed good time. Stop by our happy hour Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 7 pm and enjoy $4 drafts and $5 wells. Need a great place to watch your favorite shows? On Sundays we show Game of Thrones at 9 pm and Mad Men at 10 pm. Come in early for GoT Trivia starting at 8 pm when well have $3 shots, beer specials and $7 themed cocktails! This old warehouse building has been renovated into a trendy art space that all can enjoy. There was tremendous thought put into all elements that went into the bar, and the owner handcrafted many of the pieces himself. Additionally, the surrounding space and environment were taken into consideration when crafting the perfect theme for the bar. The result is a unique bar with a strong, adventurous, nautical feel.
