The Bean Post Pub is located in Bay Ridge a neighborhood located on the southern side of Brooklyn. A diverse mix of blue-collar Italian, Irish, and Arab communities that offers residents a short commute into Manhattan–about 40 minutes to Union Square. The Bean Post Pub, leased out of a corner lot in a 3-story apartment building. Vacating the entire first floor and basement area consisting of freezer/refrigeration space, air controlled keg rooms and storage space for all inventory. The bar is approximately 1800 square feet consisting of a digital jukebox, video games, men/womens restrooms and bar seating for 40 and 10 high top tables with bar stool seating located throughout the bar area.
