Alis Bistro is family owned and operated by Ali and Charlotte Bulutoglu. Alis opened in Destin as Ciao Bella in 2003 and operated there until 2012. Since everyone knew the restaurant as Alis, when they moved to their current location in Ft Walton Beach, they changed the name to Alis Bistro.
