1. What Leisure Dock Is

Leisure Dock is a restaurant discovery and listing platform designed to help diners find great places to eat and allow restaurants to present themselves with confidence.

We provide the platform and tools, but we do not own, operate, or manage the restaurants listed on our site.

2. Who Can Use Leisure Dock

You must:

  • Use the platform lawfully and in good faith
  • Provide accurate information where required

Restaurant owners must have the right to represent the restaurant they list.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account:

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login details
  • You agree not to impersonate others or misuse the platform
  • You agree to keep your information accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

4. Restaurant Listings

a) Accuracy & Ownership

Restaurant owners are responsible for ensuring that all listing information; menus, images, pricing, hours, descriptions; is accurate and lawful.

By listing a restaurant, you confirm that:

  • You own or are authorised to represent the business
  • You have rights to use any images or content uploaded

b) Public Visibility

Restaurant listings are public. Leisure Dock does not guarantee bookings, traffic, or commercial outcomes; but we aim to support meaningful visibility and discovery.

c) Our Right to Review

We may review, edit, or remove listings that:

  • Contain false or misleading information
  • Violate laws or third-party rights
  • Include offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

We aim to act fairly and proportionately.

5. Diners & Discovery

Leisure Dock helps diners discover restaurants, but dining decisions are personal.

Leisure Dock:

  • Does not guarantee food quality, pricing, availability, or service
  • Is not responsible for experiences at restaurants
  • Does not manage reservations unless explicitly stated

We encourage diners to verify details directly with restaurants when needed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Leisure Dock for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data without permission
  • Harass, manipulate, or attempt to damage the platform or other users
  • Upload malicious content or harmful code

We believe in a respectful, constructive community, both online and offline.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, design, and functionality belong to Leisure Dock or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy or reuse the platform design
  • Use our branding without permission
  • Represent Leisure Dock as your own product

Restaurant content remains the property of its respective owners.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of Leisure Dock is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal data.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to those practices.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep Leisure Dock reliable and accessible, but:

10. Termination

You may stop using Leisure Dock at any time.
