We specialize in all regions of Italian cooking with an emphasis on Neopolatan dishes and many nuovo art cooking plates brought in byexecutive chef Alessandro Silvestri and his team (gruppo cucina tramonti). Using only the best of ingredients both local, homemade & internationally brought in, Tramonti strives to offer a most memorable dinning experience. Tramonti is an off-spring to Angelos of mulberry street in little italy NYC. Owners Gino & Marco Silvestri decided to try and bring the magic created over 110 years by Angelos to souther Fla. back in 2004. Landing a prime location in downtown Delrays Atlantic Ave., Tramonti has become one of the top eats on a very busy street filled with many restaurants.
